We've included the instructions below to register for Oracle's Support Portal which allows users to open and track cases online while being able to upload screenshots and avoid having to wait on hold. This is available to all users, to register follow the steps below.

After logging in for the first time, click on the option for Request Access to submit your Support Identifier (SI) for verification below. Once approved you'll be able to open & view your cases online.
