To access Connect by Springboard, you'll need to register your work email with Google, allowing you to login through Chrome with your work email account which enables your to see the site.
Follow these steps to register your email, Springboard Google Workspace users can skip this step since your email is already active.
Open Google Chrome and navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click on the circle with the silhouette icon.
A window will appear displaying information about the active user. To add a new user, click on +add at the bottom of the window.
From here, select the option to "Use my current address instead" which allows you to enter in a email with an alternative domain to @gmail.com
When entering your work email, most users have a @springboardhospitality.com option in addition to their hotel specific email, like @thegetaway.com, use the Springboard version.
Virginian Lodge and Kauai Beach Resort are not linked to @springboardhospitality.com, use your hotel version @virginianlodge.com or @kauaibeachresort.com.
When the sign up process is complete, you'll now be able to login into your work email from Chrome and will see the account active when clicking on the circle the silhouette icon at the top of your browser.
